Presentation Description:

This session will provide an overview of the Honorable Mention Design - Kayak Transporter

 

Speaker Biography:

Sam Krantweiss is a senior attending Penn State Behrend studying Plastics Engineering Technology with an anticipated graduation date of May 2023. In addition to being a student, Sam is a Co-Op at Samtec, a worldwide manufacturer of connectors, cables, optics, and RF systems in the electronic interconnect industry. He has been a Co-Op with Samtec since February 2021 and plans to continue his Co-Op until he graduates. At Samtec, Sam simulates and interprets results on Moldflow and enjoys his work which is mainly focused on simulating small connector bodies. Additionally, he has created file automation programs through Excel. When he’s not attending school or working, Sam enjoys 3D printing, hiking, and camping. After he graduates, Sam would like to work in the field of Plastics Engineering potentially related to simulation or design as it is related to his current Co-Op. linkedin.com/in/sam-krantweiss-ba680b1a9
