Presentation Description:

This presentation will explain the 101 process of reciprocating extrusion blow molding machines and will include: description of materials, markets, machine components, machine functions, and bottle features.

Also included will be a discussion of:

  • The cycle process
  • Major options and functions of major reciprocating screw machines
  • Bottle options and neck finishes

Speaker Biography:

Nick Rocheleau represents the 4th generation of management at Rocheleau Blow Molding Systems. After earning a B.S. in Industrial Technology in 2011 with a concentration in Automated Manufacturing from Fitchburg State University, Fitchburg, MA, Nick started his career at Rocheleau. As part of the Assembly department, Nick also performed on-site field service and training. In 2013, Nick became a member of the engineering team. Since then, Nick has been a major contributor to the design, manufacturing, and processing of many projects and new models now offered by Rocheleau. Today, Nick serves as Project Engineer and manager of assembly department. Nick spends his free time with his wife, Ashley and their two sons, Everett & Eli.
