Mr. Jens Schlueter is a technical, international business professional with more than 25 years of experience leading people and projects. In 1988 he started his career in the plastic industry as a tool and die maker with a 3 ½ years apprentice ship program in the internationally recognized German vocational education system. In 1996, he graduated top of his mechanical engineering class at Heinrich-Hertz College in Bonn, Germany.

Jens advanced from a tool and die maker, to a technical sales and service manager, to the President at the German branch of one of the leading manufacturers of complex industrial filter solutions and systems.  In 2011, Jens was asked to head up the USA branch of the Swedish manufacturer, so he relocated his family from Germany to New Jersey in 2011. In 2014, he helped bring a German flexible tubing company to the U.S., and reawakened his love for plastics.

In 2016, Jens joined W. Müller USA, the U.S. branch of the world-renowned German blow molding extrusion head manufacturer, as General Manager. Jens focuses on bringing highly customizable, sustainable, and reliable extrusion blow molding systems to the North, Central, and South American markets. In January 2019, Jens was promoted to President of W. Müller USA, and now serves on the SPE BMD Board of Directors.
