Speaker Biography:

Jean Ingenbrand is 42 years old, was born in Germany and has French roots. He started his professional training in 1995 in the plastic and fittings technology and finished it successfully. Jean attended an alternative form of national service (instead of military service) and during this time he also worked parallelly as a sales assistant for Nokia H.J.Frank.

He finally finished this service with the ASB and then made up his mind to change to the sales sector. 4 years later he decided to make more of his talent and he therefore participated in further and additional training courses which he successfully finished to become a state- certified technician for the plastics and rubber technology.

Jean's interest in plastics led him to Friedrich H. Weischede Formenbau GmbH in 2008 where he took over the company at the age of 30. He re-organized it to “fhw” and all this without having management experience. Now he is the proud managing director of about 60 employees.

Jean is particularly characterised by his reliability and his affinity for creating, shaping and contributing things himself.

Up to now he has not lost his passion for perfection and the plastics industry as he is permanently driven by new developments in extrusion blow moulding using intelligent technologies such as Fhw's sensor technology.
