ABC 2023 Guest Speaker Information

PRESENTATION DEADLINE – SEPTEMBER 29, 2023  

You must submit a copy of your presentation to Deirdre Turner on or before Sept. 29 to include in the conference proceedings. This copy does not have to be the final presentation you bring to the conference but must be we can make available to all attendees.
 
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Conference registration is complimentary for our guest speakers. You do not need to register.

HOTEL / CONFERENCE VENUE

The Westin Chicago North Shore is located at 601 North Milwaukee Ave., Wheeling, Illinois. Wheeling is 40 minutes from downtown Chicago, 15 miles from O’Hare International Airport. If you require accommodations, please use this link to make your reservations at the ABC 2023 discounted rate of $195US: ABC 2023 Hotel Reservations. If you haven’t made your hotel reservation, please do so before October 2. After that date, the discounted room rate of $195 will no longer be available.

TRAVEL

The Westin Chicago North Shore is approximately 15 miles (20 minutes) from O’Hare International Airport. https://www.shuttlefare.com/ can provide affordable options for transportation from O’Hare International Airport to the Westin North Shore.

CONFERENCE DATES AND HOURS
Conference dates are October 23-25 with Plastics 101 sessions on Oct. 23 from 2:00-5:00, p.m. followed by Exhibits from 5:00-6:00 p.m. and a pre-conference Welcome Dinner from 6:00-7:30 p.m. Please review the conference schedule as we have revised the program flow to allow for more presentation and passing time. On Tuesday, Oct. 24, there will be a reception from 4:00-6:00 p.m. leaving the rest of the evening available to meet with customers, and colleagues, and explore the area.

GUEST SPEAKER CHECK-IN
Speakers may check in anytime at the registration table from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 23, through conference hours on Oct. 24 and Oct. 25.  At check-in, you will receive a speaker packet which includes a conference schedule, the time/location of your presentation and your moderator’s contact info.
