SPE Blow Molding Division School Grant Program
The SPE Blow Molding Division’s School Grant Program offers assistance to educational institutions seeking funding for the purchase of blow molding equipment or certain educational resources pertaining to blow molding when funds are available. Eligible items would include: machinery, tooling, auxiliary equipment, instrumentation, controls, finishing equipment, software, and training or educational modules. Eligible institutions include Accredited Universities, Community Colleges, and Vocational Schools. For more information, please click here.
SPE Foundation Scholarships Program
The SPE Foundation, an affiliate of the Society of Plastics Engineers, offers numerous scholarships to students who have demonstrated or expressed an interest in the plastics industry. They must be majoring in or taking courses that would be beneficial to a career in the plastics industry. This would include, but is not limited to, plastics engineering, polymer science, chemistry, physics, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, and industrial engineering. All applicants must be in good standing with their colleges.

SPE Blow Molding Division Annual Student Design Contest
The Society of Plastics Engineers SPE Blow Molding Division conducts an Annual Student Design Contest to promote interest in blow molding applications. A $1,000-1st prize, $750-2nd prize, and $500-3rd prize is awarded to a student or group of students who submit the winning entries. A travel allowance is also offered so the winner(s) can present their proposal in a poster at either an upcoming SPE Annual Blow Molding Conference or ANTEC.
