Co-presented with Chris Noyes of Deloitte Consulting LLP, this presentation will look at a specific Factory IoT application implemented by Deloitte on a Graham Packaging blow molding line. The speaker will show data structure and analysis examples and share outcomes and lessons learned.
A discussion of the following will be included:
- Criticality of setting up effective and structured data collection and storage
- Translating data into an effective analysis structure
- Converting analysis into value for the blow molding production operation
Speaker Biography:
David Bush is a Program Manager with the Graham Packaging Company. David has over 30 years as an accomplished Business Leader working in several industries specializing in Product Development, Process Development and Continuous Improvement.
As a Program leader with Graham, he has focused on delivering industry leading product and process technology for the food and beverage packaging market. Over the past two years, David has been leading a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team delivering an Intelligent Factory (IF) demonstration project at Graham Packaging’s Bradford, PA manufacturing location.
David is a Master Black Belt and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Engineering Science from The Pennsylvania State University.
