Presentation Description:
The financial industry is undergoing unprecedented changes in today's rapidly evolving world. This creates a crisis for most companies, as the sudden shift in circumstances is often beyond their control. However, this crisis can also serve as a wake-up call, providing the necessary energy to inspire new thinking.
Unfortunately, recognizing the need for change in non-crisis situations can be challenging. Companies focus on their strengths, and new ideas are considered distractions. However, successful organizations understand that transformation is essential. Sometimes, to save what was once considered the "right model at the time," you must rethink it before the industry's circumstances reach crisis levels. In short, navigating change requires the proactive effort of crisis management without the crisis.
