This presentation will include an overview of:
- Materials
- Process overview
- Product examples
We will review the materials used and the different function of ISBM machines. Also included is a brief history of Nissei ASB and the products made that are on the ISBM platform.
The presentation will also introduce several of its unique machine models that are tailored to small and mid-sized companies looking to move production in-house.
The vast range of product and molding resin possibilities and the advanced achievable by one-step stretch blow molding will also be illustrated.
Speaker Biography:
Callahan Olander serves as the Sales Engineer responsible for the Southeast Territory at Nissei ASB Company, the North American subsidiary of the renowned Japanese Injection Stretch Blow machinery manufacturer, Nissei ASB Machine Co., Ltd.. This company is best known for its market-leading One-Step, four-station machine platform. Based in Atlanta, GA, its US Technical Support Center employs an ever-growing team of 60, providing sales, container design, technical service, and spare part support to customers throughout the USA and Canada.
Callahan joined Nissei ASB Company in April of 2024. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Toronto Metropolitan University in Aerospace Engineering, and has used his expertise in his role to great effect. He has collaborated with leading CPG companies and key converters to launch numerous successful projects. Through hands-on experience, he has developed extensive expertise in selling, servicing, and supporting the advanced equipment used to manufacture today’s PET containers.
Callahan resides in Atlanta, GA, where he spends his free time designing and building small remote controlled aircraft and taking on home projects.
