This 101 overview is great for anyone that is interested in adding blow molded parts to their product offerings.
Speaker Biography:
Andrew Hobson is a blow molding expert who has worked in the plastics industry for over 30 years. He studied plastics technology and business administration at Ferris State University and Wartburg College. Andrew has an extensive background in blow mold tooling having worked in various sales and technical roles at Hobson Mould Works, Preferred Tooling, and Hawkeye Preferred Tooling Group. He has also served as a consultant specializing in blow molding and sales. Andrew also has extensive blow molding capital equipment experience from working at PetAll Manufacturing as the USA Technical Manager and worked as a sales resource focusing on the Accumulator Head Blow Molding Machine market. Andrew also served as Sales Manager-Industrial Packaging, Automotive, and Specialties at Kautex Machines, Inc. and Director of Business Development for BBM America. Andy lives in Iowa with his wife, Angela, and they have three adult children.
