Speaker Biography:

Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University. He has a Six Sigma Green Belt from Milliken University and holds multiple consulting and coaching certifications. Shawn has spent 19 years with Milliken and Company based in Spartanburg, SC. The last 12 years Shawn has traveled the globe training leadership teams on change management and operational excellence as part of the Performance Solutions by Milliken business.
