Presentation Description:
This presentation will explain the 101 process of reciprocating extrusion blow molding machines and will include: description of materials, markets, machine components, machine functions, and bottle features.
Also included will be a discussion of:
- The cycle process
- Major options and functions of major reciprocating screw machines
- Bottle options and neck finishes
Speaker Biography:
Nick Rocheleau represents the fourth generation of management at Rocheleau. After earning a B.S. in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Automated Manufacturing from Fitchburg State University in 2011, Nick began his career at Rocheleau. Initially part of the Assembly department, he also performed on-site field service and training. In 2013, Nick joined the engineering team. Since then, he has significantly contributed to the design, manufacturing, and processing of numerous projects and new models now offered by Rocheleau. Currently, Nick serves as the Director of Engineering while finishing his Master's in Engineering Management from UMass Lowell. In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashley, and their three children, Everett, Eli, and Sunday.
