Speaker Biography:

Chad Hase is Director of Advanced Manufacturing at Custom Etch Inc.  He has been active in Manufacturing/Tool & Die for over 25 years. He has been instrumental for studying/bringing new laser technologies to North America and continues to work with industry leaders as the Advanced Manufacturing technology progresses. His international experience includes contacts/relations with business leaders around the globe, which involves travels there yearly to evaluate market segments programs that can benefit from this technology. His current research involves study of digital watermarks and continued studies on the surface treatment from different laser sources on Medical and Aerospace materials and microstructures.
