This presentation will discuss important considerations and approaches to package design, including considering consumer and market trends on materials, shapes, etc., and the intersection between aesthetics, beauty, functionality, and manufacturability
David joined Graham Packaging in 2002 and launched his career by developing new custom packaging for Quaker State Canada, KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce, and Arm & Hammer Detergent. He is an Industrial Design BID graduate from Pratt Institute of Art in Brooklyn NY. Over his 20-year career in industrial design, David has developed over 50 commercial packages for top-tier customers. He has been awarded over 40 design and utility patents for innovation and designs for the blow-molded packaging industry. David's design philosophy is to evoke emotion by adding personality cues in his designs to help connect with the user experience.
