  A new molding system has been developed to injection mold preforms and blow mold bottles on one machine, which offers higher throughput from a smaller footprint with lower energy consumption and significantly lower molding cost per bottle.

Speaker Biography:

After obtaining a mechanical engineering degree and an MBA in Canada, Mike worked at Husky Injection Molding for 33 years in positions including VP Mold Operations, VP Machine Operations and VP Sales. Much of his time was spent selling PET preform systems around the world, especially in Asia and Latin America. After retiring in 2014, he has been consulting in the plastics equipment market mainly helping clients grow their business in North and South America and by doing sales training.
