Speaker Deadlines

If you are interested in presenting a topic at this year's ABC, please complete and return the Speaker Abstract Form. Topics should be educational presenting the latest innovations or advancements in technologies-- no "infomercials!"

Guest Speakers will be asked to provide a copy of your PowerPoint presentation must be sent to Deirdre Turner, Conference Coordinator on or before August 31st, 2018.

This copy doesn’t have to be the final presentation that you bring to the conference but it must be one suitable to include in a conference proceedings distributed to all attendees.

Do plan to bring your final presentation with you on a USB. Session moderators will load presentations onto a laptop provided in the session room. If you prefer to use your own laptop, you may do so.

Please go to the room where you are to present at the end of the session immediately before you present. Your moderator will meet you there to go through logistics. If there are any computer problems, it would be best to find prior to the presentation.  If you are presenting in the first session of the morning, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start to check out your equipment.

Hotel and Travel Information

If you receive a call from “Exhibitor Housing Service” requesting that you book your accommodations for the ABC through their service, PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. This is a scam service that trolls the internet looking for conferences, takes that information and pretends to be contracted by the event’s hotel to book rooms on their behalf. If you receive a call from anyone at this company, DO NOT book with them under any circumstances.  If you did book a room through their service, you should check with the Sheraton as you may not actually have a room at the hotel.

The Sheraton Station Square is offering all attendees and participants of the Annual Blow Molding Conference a discounted room rate of $175USD.
